How to change your UPS delivery

If your order has been shipped with UPS, you may be able to make changes to your delivery once your parcel is in transit.

Available options may include:

  • Changing your delivery address
  • Rescheduling your delivery date
  • Redirecting your parcel to a UPS Access Point® for collection
  • Requesting your parcel be left with a neighbour or in a safe place (where available)

Please note that the options available will depend on your shipment, destination country and any restrictions applied by the sender.

Option 1: Change your delivery from your tracking page

  1. Visit the UPS tracking page or click the tracking link in your order update emails.
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. Select Change My Delivery (if available).
  4. Follow the on screen instructions.

In some countries you can do this as a guest by verifying your identity with UPS.

Option 2: Use UPS My Choice®

Creating a free UPS My Choice® account gives you more control over your deliveries and allows you to:

  • Change your delivery address (where eligible)
  • Choose a different delivery date
  • Redirect your parcel to a UPS Access Point®
  • Set delivery preferences for future deliveries

You can sign up or log in here:

If you can't see the option to change your delivery

Sometimes UPS won't offer delivery changes because:

  • The sender has restricted delivery changes.
  • Your parcel isn't eligible for rerouting (for example, certain high value or international shipments).
  • The parcel hasn't yet reached the stage where changes can be made.

If you don't see the option to change your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't progressed too far, we'll do our best to help.
