How to return with UPS in the United States of America

If you are located in the United States and have been given a UPS label for your free return please use this link to find your closest drop-off point on the UPS website. 

• You can enter either your postcode or the first line of your address into the search bar to find your nearest drop-off points.
• We also recommend clicking on the “Find a drop off location” in the narrow your search section just below the search bar.

• You will then be provided with the closest service points either on a map or a list format. In addition to this you will be able to see the full address fo the service point as well as their opening times. 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the UPS Service Point and you receive and retain a valid receipt or proof of your return.
