How to return with DHL



  1. If you would like to book a DHL collection from your home address you can do this here:

  2. You will need to ensure to select your country at the top right of the screen:
  3. Select Ship > Schedule a pick-up:
  4. You do not need to create a label, as you have already created one through our returns portal
  5. Do you need to create a shipping label? > No > I have a DHL waybill number
  6. Enter your 10-digit waybill number located under the barcode on your returns label (make sure to remove all spaces so there is no gap in the number)
  7. Select the area code (eg, +1- USA, +44- UK) and enter your phone number
  8. Enter your Pickup Address and contact details Provide any other instructions you would like the courier to receive
  • Select the area code (eg, +1- USA, +44- UK) and enter your phone number
  • DHL reweighs and measures all parcels at the service centre so you can use the measurements below:
  • 0.5 kg - 5 x 5 x 5
  1. Select a Date and Pickup Window. Depending on the area please allow at least 2-4 hours for your pickup window time.
  2. Please note that the collection time is not a guarantee as there may be delays due to traffic or workload
  3. Once you have scheduled the pickup keep a note on your PRG reference number for your pick up.

It’s easy to find your local DHL drop-off point.

  • To find your nearest service point, click this link.
  • Select your country from the dropdown menu, and enter your post code/ zip code.
  • Under select a service click ‘Send shipment’.
  • On the ‘Choose payment option’ dropdown, click ‘I have a DHL account’ and click under the handling option drop down click ‘I have printed a DHL label’. 
  • Then press the search button. 

  • You will then be provided with a list and a map of the nearest locations where you can drop off your parcel. Clicking on the "detail" arrow in red will reveal the full address and opening hours of each location. Please ensure that the location you go to is a “DHL Express Service Point”



IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the DHL Express Service Point and you receive and retain a valid receipt or proof of your return.
