How Can I Cancel My Order?

Changed your mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order with the independent brand before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

Cancelling Your Order

You can request a cancellation anytime before receiving your tracking information. Once tracking is provided, we cannot cancel or intercept the order.

Important: Your cancellation is only confirmed once we send you written confirmation.

If we confirm your cancellation, we’ll process your full refund. The refund will appear in your account within 7 days.

Returning an Order in Transit

If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry—we offer free returns! Simply request a label within 14 days of delivery using our returns portal.
