Free worldwide returns are available for orders placed via Wolf & Badger, as long as they meet our return guidelines.

How it works:

• Request a free return label within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Send items back within 28 days for a full refund.
• Use only Wolf & Badger return labels—other methods may not be accepted.
• Original packaging & packing slip must be included.

Item Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags & packaging.
• Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box.
• Face masks are final sale (no returns for hygiene reasons).
• Swimwear & intimates must be tried on over underwear, with hygiene strips intact.
• Beauty & skincare items must be unopened and unused.
• Made-to-order & personalized items cannot be returned.

Additional Info:

• No exchanges—please place a new order for a different size.
• Refunds for multiple-brand returns may be processed separately.
• In-store drop-offs for online returns are accepted at our London, New York or Los Angeles locations,  (no mail-in returns to stores).
• Frequent returns may result in account deactivation.
