Do we price match?
There are a couple of reasons why our price varies from the price on the designer's own site. For orders placed through Wolf & Badger, we use a fast and reliable delivery service through DHL. We also build the cost of duties, taxes and a number of other administrative fees, that we need to pay when the item crosses customs zones, into the price of your order so there will not be any extra fees to pay on receipt of the package. In addition, we have a free and easy international returns system if you decide for any reason you are unhappy with the item you receive.
How does my order qualify for a price match?
- If it is a domestic order. For example if you order from a UK based designer and you are located in the UK as well then we can look into your price match request.
-If it is an international order. For example if you are ordering from a designer in Turkey but are located in the USA then we will be unable to look into your price match request.
- Please note we will only investigate a price match against our own website or the brands own website within 14 days of purchase. We do not price match against any other 3rd party websites.
I haven't placed my order yet but I have seen it cheaper on the brand's website!
-Please contact us via our contact form with your request which we will respond to within 48 hours.
-Make sure you have the link to the product you wish us to investigate on hand and include it in the contact form.
-We will then get back to you to confirm if your price match request has been successful!
I have already placed my order, what do I do?
-Please note that all price match requests on orders already placed need to be made within 14 days of the purchase date. If the request is made after 14 days we will reject the request.
-Please contact us via our contact form with your request which we will respond to within 48 hours.
-Make sure you have the link to the product you wish us to investigate on hand and include it in the contact form.
-We will then confirm to you whether your claim was successful or rejected.
-If your request was successful we will refund you the difference in price within 24 hours of confirmation. Once refunded please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
