Faulty Items

  • If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, let us know within 14 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return for a refund or replacement.
  • For items you've had for over 14 days, we will contact the independent brand and seek to arrange a solution, but please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned for more than 6 months.
  • Damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

Missing Items

  • If something’s missing from your order, check your account or emails to see if your items were sent in separate parcels. Look inside the packaging carefully—smaller items like jewellery might be wrapped in protective paper.
  • If you still can’t find your item, contact us with your order number and full product description.

Wrong Items

  • Got the wrong item? Contact our Customer Service Team ASAP with your order number and details of what you received. We’ll sort it out for you!

Please note that the wrong item must be returned back to the brand which our Team will assist you with.
