How to return with UPS in the United Kingdom

If we have issued you with a UPS label for your free return and you are located in the UK, then please follow the steps below which will guide you through the process of having your return collected by UPS in the UK.

To start please follow this link to UPS's schedule a collection page.

1. Shipping label questions - enter the tracking number without any spaces as shown on your pre-paid UPS label.

2. Collection information and location - you do not need to enter a UPS account number, please leave this field blank.

3. Service and package information - please enter the number of packages you are returning and calculate the combined weight of your packages (most parcels will weigh around 0.5-1KG, if you dont know please enter 0.5KG). Choose the shipping service which is on your label. Please see the example below with the location of where to find it on your label.

4. Collection date and time - please fill in the date, time and any special instructions for the driver for your desired collection time. Once you have filled in all the necessary information, press Next, review your details and press Next again.

IMPORTANT: Please hand this to the courier and do not leave the item unattended. If you leave the item unattended for the courier to collect, neither Wolf&Badger nor the courier will accept any liability if the item is lost or stolen.

Alternatively if you would like to drop off your parcel then you can do this by following the below instructions.

If you are located in the United Kingdom and have been given a UPS label for your free return please use this link to find your closest drop-off point on the UPS website.

You can enter either your postcode or the first line of your address into the search bar to find your nearest drop-off points.
We also recommend clicking on the “Find a drop off location” in the narrow your search section just below the search bar.

You will then be provided with the closest service points either on a map or a list format. In addition to this you will be able to see the full address fo the service point as well as their opening times.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the UPS Service Point and you receive and retain a valid receipt or proof of your return.
