Typically, our independent brands have 48 hours to accept and ship your order from the time it’s placed. Once accepted, you'll receive tracking information from one of our courier partners (DHL or UPS), allowing you to follow your order's journey. You’ll also get updates on the estimated delivery timeframe.
Brand Delay
Many of our brands are run by small teams, so shipping may occasionally take a bit longer than usual. If it’s been 5 days since you ordered and you haven’t received your tracking information, the fastest way to get an update is to contact our team via live chat - we’ll look into it right away.
