How to return with Royal Mail

If we have issued you with a Royal Mail label for your free return then please follow the steps below which will guide you through the process of having your return collected by Royal Mail.
Step 1.
Follow this link to the Royal Mail collections portal.
Step 2.
Enter the tracking number that appears on your label in the box as seen in the image below. Then select what size of parcel best represents the one you are returning as well as the rough weight of the parcel if you know it.

Step 3.
Enter your postcode in the search bar on the next page & continue to add your name as shown in the image below.

Step 4.
On the next page, you can choose the date & time of the collection based on availability (see in the image below). Please note: We do not recommend using the safe place option in case of loss or theft. Should you choose the courier to leave your order in a ‘safe place’ you do so at your own risk. Wolf & Badger will not bear any responsibility for any lost/missing orders, and your return will be cancelled without a refund.

Step 5.
The last page will confirm the tracking number, address of the collection as well as the date and time. Please be sure to check all the information is correct before clicking the “complete purchase free of charge” button.

Alternatively, you can also find your closest drop off location.
It’s easy to find your local Parcelshop drop-off point.
- Go to Royal Mails ‘Service Near You’ page.
- Enter your postcode or use your current location.
- When the results page shows up, toggle from ‘Postbox’ to ‘Parcelshop/Delivery Office’.
- Your local Parcelshop will show up with a red ‘shop’ icon.
- You will then be provided with a list and a map of the nearest locations where you can drop off your parcel. Clicking on the "more information" dropdown menu will reveal the full address and opening hours of each location.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the Royal Mail Parcelshop and you receive and retain a valid receipt or proof of your return.
